Quotables 2011

"My name is Amelia Suzanne Ostrander, and my birthday is January thith!"

For now, footprints are "Print Pots" in Noah's words...man, I'm gonna miss that.

Millie was naming all the girls and boys in the room and Noah agreed that Maymee is a girl, but "she's the rusty girl." Good thing Maymee has a great sense of humor!!!

Quotables 2010

Millie looked at Jamie this weekend, cocked her head and said "You're my sweetie." Needless to say, Jamie melted.

About a year ago, Noah became angry with something Jamie and I said...his response, in frustration was "Well, shake-a-my milkshake!" We cannot stop giggling about this to this day and we use this saying whenever we can!

An older gentleman walked out of the post office door as we were parking and Noah says "Mom, that rusty guy has an owie!" In Noah's defense, the man was wearing a rust colored shirt and had a large band-aid on his arm.

"Mom, Paul is a bald eagle, cuz he is bald." Noah

"I'm Ladybug Guuurl!" Amelia exclaims quite often...we found a book at the library with this title and she has taken it upon herself...she loves to "read" books to us and every new page reads "I'm Ladybug Guuurl!"

I served peas for dinner tonight and Noah said "I know how to eat these, mom. I need a glass of water." He strongly dislikes peas, so he would eat one and take a big swig of water...Jamie was proud of him...he remembers doing the same thing:)

On our way to the library, Noah turns to Amelia and says "Baby-ah, never ever ever ever ever ever go away!" I think he loves her:)

"WHEERRRRE???? Is ma der dusshhhh?" Amelia has recently begun singing along with our music in the car...she's actually very good! Any interpretations on this one?

"Mom, know who likes pickles? Noah!" - Noah, while eating a "HotDonald's" cheeseburger
